In 1986 we were searching for a way to build our dream home on the Olympic Penninsula. Our search included many local companies selling log home kits as well as companies across the U.S. There are many aspects of their homes that put them in lead contention among their competitors. However, what convinced us to buy our cedar home was the contact we made with Judy and Mike Flanagan. Their friendly, honest approach was just what we needed. To us it was daunting to mesh our dreams with the reality of materials and construction, but Mike and Judy got us through it. -- Dave and Ruthe Rugh Note: The Rughs have added two additions to their original rambler style home. |

There is a territorial view from this Oregon post & beam home. This home was project managed by the homeowners.
This homeowner project managed their own weekend retreat in Packwood, WA. They modified one of our Schooner designs to include 962 sf on the main level and 384 sf on the loft level. Their home sits on a partial basement - which helps to enhance their territorial mountain view.
