 Custom Staircase  March 20, 2006: Ready for stain
Construction has been completed on a 3,300 sf custom home near Duvall, WA. This home features an attached 3-car garage (which is sided to match the home), along with four window bays to take full advantage of Mt. Rainier views and the surrounding horse acreage.
Custom details make all the difference, as you can see with the custom stairs in this home. Several interior walls are stud framed with sheetrock. The white walls brighten the interior of the home.

A 2,400 sf modified Schooner was delivered to Monroe, WA. Builders arrived the same day and installed the mudsill onto the perimeter concrete foundation.
The homeowners selected our laminated cedar timbers (Phoenix System) as their wall system. This home has a "prow front" Great Room / Kitchen / Dining area.
This home was project managed by a mother / daughter team. |

This prow-front style, 1500 sf chalet will be used as a corporate fishing retreat.
