The view from this Monroe, WA home is incredible! The homeowners are building their own 660 sf cedar home with a full basement and attached garage. Plans include a wrap around deck and a gazebo. Perfect for watching the wildlife!
The owner / builders have completed the walls and roof system on the main house. They're working on the attached, framed garage now.

First floor timbers and midfloor installed.

Prow post and second floor walls are up.

Roof system and sheathing installed.

Dormers sided, soffits and fascia installed.

Doors and windows installed. Prow siding completed.

A 2,400 sf modified Schooner was delivered to Monroe, WA. Builders arrived the same day and installed the mudsill onto the perimeter concrete foundation.
The homeowners selected our laminated cedar timbers (Phoenix System) as their wall system. This home has a "prow front" Great Room / Kitchen / Dining area.
This home was project managed by a mother / daughter team. |

The first load of materials was delivered on April 18th to a jobsite near Port Angeles, WA. The foundation is in and the contractor is ready to go.
The 2,735 sf home includes a large Master Suite, Project Room, Computer Room, Library and Guest Room.
The Living Room has an open, vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view of the Olympic mountains. |
