Shell construction of this Cutter 1750 was completed before the snow fell. The homeowner (who is project managing the construction of the home) will resume the finish work when weather permit.
Kittitas County fire codes required the home be designed with metal roofing, cement board siding and fire resistant decking. We are able to meet this requirement using our post & beam (stud framed) wall system.
