The record winter snowfall finally receded and construction has begun on a 3,172 sf custom home near Elk River, Idaho.

This home features a main level master bedroom suite and a huge kitchen / dining / great room area. The main level also includes a laundry, study and sewing room.

The upper level includes two bedrooms, bath and a loft overlooking the great room.

The basement level includes a garage, rec room, storage and shop.
