Open House
April 10th    1 - 4 pm    Monroe, WA

The construction crew is gone and this one-of-a-kind artist's cedar home should be on your "must see" list. The homeowner (a glass artist) project managed this 2,385 sf prow-front style home.

Etched glass panels of detailed forest scenes and custom millwork are prominently featured throughout the home. Two spacious master bedroom suites, a large great room area (with sunroom) and a custom kitchen make this a real dream home.  Come see for yourself!

Interested In Computer Designing Your Own Home?

Some of our clients are using computer design programs to help them visualize their projects.  One of the most user-friendly computer programs is Google SketchUp -- and it's free!

"Google SketchUp is a free, easy-to learn 3D modeling program with a few simple tools to let you create 3D models of houses, sheds, decks, home additions, woodworking projects and even space ships. You can add details, textures and glass to your models and design with dimensional accuracy."  (From Google.com)

This is a good application to convey your preliminary design ideas.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Very Impressed"

Mike and Judy put together a package for us including getting the drawings and plans prepared and getting all of the materials put together. The drawings and plans were spot on and the City of Newcastle had very little to comment on before approving them. The materials package was estimated just right. The materials were top notch. Our builder was very impressed by how well the materials package was thought through and put together - so were we. Every step of the way, we were given advice that we later found to be on the mark. Cedar Homes of Washington's involvement in our project technically could have ended as soon as the materials package was delivered. Nevertheless, Mike and Judy continued to check in on us all the way through the end of the project. We enjoyed working with Mike and Judy and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
