Use them as a cabin, artist studio, pool house, storage / garden shed, play house, hobby room, espresso stand, etc. Many counties allow accessory buildings to be constructed without a permit. The most common size allowed is 200 sf (12' x 16') as dictated by the International Building Code. Check your local building jurisdiction for confirmation.

Some of our clients are using computer design programs to help them visualize their projects.  One of the most user-friendly computer programs is Google SketchUp -- and it's free!
